Duplicate orders will not usually be processed for payment. If they are, they will be refunded in full.
In processing your order, we are sometimes unable to obtain your documents, e.g. because the documents you require do not exist as the property has never been registered. We must carry out a certain amount of work to confirm their non-existence and sometimes incur non-refundable payments. Where this occurs we will retain the sum of £5 and refund the balance to you.
